Challenging what you think

To be better we need to accept that we are currently thinking and doing things wrongly now.

This Journey Guide uses the idea of God and Jesus as the starting point to rethink what we think you already know, and identify ways forward.

Whether you think you know nothing about Jesus, or whether you’ve been going on for a while now and done mighty things in his name, here are some tools to rethink what you know afresh.

[This is version 0.1 of an attempt at collaboration. Feel free to contribute to make this better or give suggested improvements. If you wish to have greater part in shaping it, the original Adobe Indesign CS4 file can be made available. Eventually it is hoped to be an open-sourced open-ended online document that can adapted for those that might think it will be useful].

Adventure of God

Using the Biblical letter of the Apostle Paul to the Colossians, this workbook explores the idea of God wanting us to have lives of adventure. Although adventures are exciting, they are also highly disruptive, challenging, life-endangering and involve lots of unexpected surprises. Fortunately some of those surprises involve unexpected new and enduring friendships to assist us along the way. Adventures grow and change us. The more at stake, the bigger the adventure. The bigger the challenges, the bigger the adventure. And the bigger the adventure, the deeper the friendships and the more alive we become.
